Summary
Amends the
Reserve Bank Act 1959
to: establish the Australian Reconstruction and Development Board, within the Reserve Bank of Australia, to facilitate and manage rural adjustment and financial reconstruction activities; and provide for the functions, membership, meetings and other administrative arrangements of the board.
